三営業日の週末
今週はなんと一般営業日が３日しかなかった。全然時間が足りない。
そのわりに、いくつかの濃いお話がイーカムを飛び交う。提携だとか協業提案だとか。例のごとくバタバタと予定をこなしていると、机の上は惨憺たる状態。いくつかの事象をじっくりと整理して考えるのは、この週末ということになる。いったい何本の案件や課題やプロジェクトが走っているんだろうと数え出したら相当な本数だった。
ぷらいおりぃてぃー。
と口に出して言ってみても仕方がないので、淡々とスケジュール化するという作業に着手。その意味においては、有効な週末と言えるのかもしれないが、もう少し別のやり方も考えたい。既存のお客様に対してのアプローチ(より使い勝手を向上させるなど)、そしてまだリーチしていないお客様へのアプローチ。企業ステージを引き上げるための方法論。スピードをあげるための戦略、実効をあげるための戦術。
イーカム内で使用しているwin-board.bizを確認する限りでは、まだまだスピード感が足りないことを痛感。ありていのやり方、先例に倣った物事の進め方ではいかんのである。あれも、これも。
営業日の少ない週末は右脳と左脳を行ったり来たりだ。
