セキュリティポリシーの背骨
イーカムでは現在、情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムいわゆるISMSの認証取得に向けて準備を進めていることは以前にも触れた。今後続々と審査日程が入ってくることになるのだが、社内における認識の統一、教育などについても随時実施していかなくてはならない。
ISMSの背骨にあたる部分に、セキュリティポリシー(情報セキュリティ基本方針)がどっかりと存在している。まずはこのポリシーを全社員、パートナーと共有することが重要なステップとなるのだが、大切なのはこの文言を一字一句覚えることではない。暗記するだけならサルと一緒。
イーカムのビジネスというかサービスの内容は何か? このサービスの目的は何か? そのためには何を行い、何を守らなくてはならないのか?
つまりは、イーカムという会社のミッションを理解すれば、そこから当然のように導かれるのが、我々のセキュリティポリシーであるという流れが望ましいのだ。ISMSについての社内教育とは、すなわちイーカムのミッションの再確認の場であるという帰結。うーむ実に美しい展開ではあるが、社内の隅々に自社のミッションを浸透させるというのは、一朝一夕ではないわな・・・
